Look at TSER, not just IRR
TSER means total solar energy rejected and is the broader overall solar-energy measure. IRR is infrared rejection for a specific film. IRR should not be read as total heat rejection.
Window film can reduce solar energy passing through glass. Compare exact film specifications—especially TSER—alongside the daylight and appearance you want to retain.

Balance daylight, comfort and appearance.

Royal Green 60 is the Normal bright Ceramic recommendation at 54% TSER. Premium Aquamarine 75 has 74% VLT and 67.5% TSER. For darker rooms, Black Diamond 25 has 64% TSER and Premium Black Sapphire 5 has 72% TSER.
Actual room comfort depends on glass area, orientation, shading, ventilation and the building. No film can guarantee a particular room-temperature drop or energy-bill saving.
